I have assisted in the organization and maintenance of a number of different types of business entities.

Often my clients include real estate ventures that require limited liability companies, corporations and partnerships for the purpose of acquiring, developing and operating real property.

Additionally, I have assisted a number of entrepreneurial startup ventures.  These have included successful internet and telecommunications companies, as well as companies that have developed a number of creative products.  I have assisted these companies with a large range of their legal needs from formation to complex transactions such mergers, acquisitions and taking corporations off-shore.
